Special settings allow you to proof breads, rolls - even homemade pretzels and donuts. Bake them faster, with bakery-quality results.
Note: CSO-300N1C is the newer version of the CSO-300C. The primary difference being the CSO-300N1C has a "steam clean" option that the CSO-300C does not have.
