INTERNAL COATING
The internal coating makes it possible to use less oils and fats for a healthier way of cooking. It is particularly resistant to high temperatures and is therefore suitable for all methods of cooking. Thanks to its high abrasion resistance and porosity absence, it is exceptionally easy to clean.
Handle
The two stainless steel side handles designed with a large, ergonomic shape, ensure a comfortable and safe grip. Can also be used in the oven to complete the cooking of certain dishes.
BODY
The wide bottom and low sides of the 28cm diameter, 3.7 litre pan, mean that it is suitable for all kinds of cooking including sauces, braised dishes and vegetable dishes. This coating prevents food from sticking to the bottom of the cookware, minimizes the use of cooking oils and fats and allows for quick and easy cleaning.
OVEN SAFE
It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F.
