The cast aluminum body ensures even heat distribution throughout the pan making sure your perfect fried rice, or chicken stir fry recipe comes out just the way you intended. Our induction woks are coated with our patented diamond-reinforced coating, and are perfect for oil free cooking. Cleanup is easy as well; simply wash with soap and water and our coating will easily release any cooking residue. This roomy induction wok pan also works well as a chef pan and comes with a heat-tempered glass lid.
