Sear your favorite meat, toss in some vegetables, and place the pan directly in the oven as all Swiss Diamond products are oven-safe up to 260°C (500°F). Use the heat-tempered glass lid to let your flavor infuse as the ingredients simmer. The ergonomic stainless steel handle is securely attached without rivets and designed to provide maximum stability and maneuverability in the kitchen. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing. Made in Switzerland.
