Description
Designed to cover the Swiss Diamond Roaster, this heat-tempered glass lid is durable and convenient. It is oven-safe to 260 C (500 F), and the thermoplastic knob features an adjustable vent to release or contain moisture while cooking. The thick, sturdy glass is adorned with a white Swiss Diamond logo, and the handle has an image of the Swiss cross. The entire lid has a stainless steel lip to ensure a perfect fit. While all Swiss Diamond cookware - including lids and ergonomic handles - is safe to use in the oven, please do not expose this or any other glass article to thermic shock, especially placing a hot lid in cold water.
