Its extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly-flat base will not tip/spin or warp as it provides uniform heat distribution. The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).
This Swiss Diamond Nonstick Stir Fry Pan with Lid is designed with a vertical edge, making it easy to toss food without mess. It's spacious enough for family portions, without taking up all the room of a full-size wok. The tempered glass lid is clear to prevent overcooking and has reinforced stainless-steel rims for added durability. A sliding lever in the knob opens for optional venting.
