Description
The Browne stock pot has an 8-Qt capacity that is great for making chicken or beef stock, soup, chowder, gumbo, and more. The cover is sold separately. The 6 gauge, 4-millimeter thick aluminum material, evenly distributes heat so the product does not burn in some places and stays uncooked in others. This construction makes the pot heavy-duty for commercial use. The Browne stock pot has oversized handles so chefs can grab the pot to lift or move it while wearing oven mitts.
