Featuring an ergonomic 3-rivet handle with an embedded TWIN logo, these knives deliver exceptional value without compromising quality or performance. It’s easier to complete special preparation tasks when carving and cooking with a durable meat fork. The two-pronged fork holds pieces of meat and poultry in place when cutting and is great for lifting and turning. The high-precision meat fork can hold a roast in place while slicing without having to apply much pressure. You can pierce through multiple pieces of meat with the large meat knife’s prongs and then turn them in the dish or place them directly on a plate. ZWILLING’s ergonomic meat fork also makes it easier for you to cook as well as serve food.

We have optimized the hardening process to obtain the optimum degree of hardness – because the right hardness is simply everything. If the steel is too soft, the knife will become blunt. If it too hard, it will break. Our special ice-hardening process guarantees flexible FRIODUR blades with extremely good cutting edge retention and exceptional corrosion resistance.
