Its extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly flat base will not tip/spin or warp as it provides uniform heat distribution. The rivet-free cooking surface provides maximum protection against bacteria while the comfortable, ergonomic handles are designed to stay cool on the stovetop. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C).
Swiss Diamond's largest wok, this 36 cm (14”) model has two short handles for superior ease of handling. With a flat base, it does not require a wok ring.
