At approximately 2.4 inches tall, it's the perfect height for stirring and fits well on an oven rack. Two loop handles stay cool on the stovetop and make it easy to maneuver the sauteuse around the kitchen. The heat-tempered glass lid makes it simple to keep an eye on your food and is perfect for simmering your favorite recipes to truly lock in the flavor. Safe for dishwasher use, but we recommend hand washing. Oven safe up to 260°C / 500°F, Made in Switzerland.
