Swiss Diamond's Induction 12.5 inch nonstick braiser pan is designed for hearty comfort foods and is perfect for sauteing or browning vegetables, poultry, beef, and fish. Start by searing the meat in the pan then add your veggies and cover with the included vented tempered glass lid or move the whole pan right into the oven (up to 500 F). Swiss Diamond induction cookware is made from cast aluminum which offers unsurpassed cooking performance due to its excellent heat conduction properties. Cast aluminum is regarded by chefs around the world as the material of choice for even temperatures, controlled cooking, and rock solid durability. Using a magnetic coating on the bottom our induction pans work on all induction cooktops.
